Description (brief)
Shield decorated with typical Asmat carving. The raised outline of the figures is coloured black. The figures themselves are coloured red and the rest of the shield is coloured, probably with chalk. The back of the shield is undecorated with grip and shield carved from one piece of wood (tree root).
