A super luxury bridge had been constructed over the river Baliem, near the "road " to Pike, where the Roman Catholic Mission built the first stone house in the Baliem Valley. The bridge had two wooden tower, from which steel cables were stretched across the river. Unfortunately, they used bad wood, so it soon became a breakneck tour, to go over the bridge. A motorcycle rider lost his vehicle!
