Recently, a new category is to be found on the website of PACE (Papua Heritage Foundation): PACE TV and it is part of YouTube. On PACE TV, short films can be seen that have a relation with PACE and/or West Papua, former Dutch New Guinea. So far films have been inserted, such as those made by the Dutch photographer/filmer Wim van Oijen in Papua. The contributions made by PACE to the project Linking back to Lombok and the audio material, which was shown by the American Holmes Museum of Anthropology in the Indonesian province of West Papua, have also been added.
In due time, PACE TV will extend its collection. The Papua Cultural Heritage Foundation is busy digitalising cultural items of Papua. Our collection includes artefacts, documents, books, films,
photos, music and oral history. Via this website, cultural heritage information will be made accessible in Dutch, English and Indonesian.
